Landon Martz - Realistic Fitness Goals
Hi everyone, for my final blog, I decided to talk about setting realistic fitness goals for yourself. I think one of the most important parts is to focus on yourself. And in the beginning, start small with your progress not expecting perfection. As an example, instead of trying to work out every single day as much as possible, set yourself a goal for three or four days a week and then adding more from there. It’s also important to keep track of small wins like lifting a little more weight and hitting a PR or running your mile a bit faster. Little improvements add up over time to remind you that change takes time. Fitness isn’t about comparing yourself to anyone else but yourself.
